Coutney’s video was created in the Writers House course “Rewriting and Remixing: Making it New, An Introduction to Multimedia Composition,” taught by Joanna Fuhrman, who selected the piece as a Writers House Review featured video.

Courtney’s Bio:

My name is Courtney Le, and I am a sophomore at Rutgers University, majoring in Health Administration and minoring in Biology. I am from Morris County, New Jersey, where I grew up and helped my parents in a Vietnamese restaurant. In school, I am a fencer on the Rutgers Fencing team, & I have been an Épée fencer for four years. I have enjoyed fencing ever since because it allows me to release stress legally. I secretly enjoy filming as well, as you can see in my video, which, originally, I actually made as a joke. While making this, I did not expect my professor to like it so much that I would get more than an A in the class. This experience has made me want to create more films on the side or just create a Youtube channel.
