By Aisha Pacheco

Just be.

Like the leaves falling off trees,

slowly touching a ground they don’t know.

Like the wind,

cradling the wilted green petals,

introducing it to worlds unknown.

Like the sun,

that rises and sets without question,

welcoming warmth on your skin.

The unending flow of life.

It will always be

you

will always be.
