Lini Radhakrishnan is a PhD candidate specializing in the visual culture of nineteenth-century European art. Her dissertation focuses on Mary Cassatt’s representations of women and children anchoring the artist’s visual vocabulary in contemporary medical social history. Lini did her Bachelor in Chemistry followed by a Diploma in Systems Management and was a Project Manager in the Software Industry. She also holds a BA in Fine Arts from Rachana Sansad AFA and an MA in Art History, and Curatorial Certificate from Rutgers University.
