Yomaira Tarula-Aranda is a 1L from Oregon and a proud first-generation college graduate and law student. Before starting law school, Yomaira was authorized to assist individuals and families who would not otherwise be able to afford services with immigration matters, including representation before the Department of Homeland Security, through her position as a Department of Justice Accredited Representative.
Yomaira is part of the Social Justice Scholars Program and Minority Student Program. She is dedicated to becoming an attorney deeply committed to assisting people through public service work. Her legal interests include immigration law, family law, and civil rights.
