I joined this project because I enjoy working with students and hearing their stories. Working on this project I was able to turn their experiences into a resource that faculty and staff can use.
I believe it is important for all students to feel comfortable and seen in their classrooms. I hope this resource helps instructors build a classroom community inclusive of all students.
