DESCRIPTION:In this seminar\, Manny Alvarez will be going over an introduction to the general linear model (GLM) that is used to analyze fMRI data. This is meant to be a primer that describes the general theory\, best practices\, and implementation of GLMs. He will present a brief lecture and include hands-on tutorials using MATLAB.
