SUMMARY:Neuroimaging Methods Seminar and Journal Club – session 2
DESCRIPTION:This will be the next in the series of nuclear magnetic resonance physics for non-physicists given by Jeff Luci\, Technical Director of CAHBIR\, and it will address the foundations of magnetic resonance. The workshops are intended for people who have no or very little background in physics and biomedical engineering. The full series will include demonstrations\, hands-on experiments\, and other non-lecture based methods. They are intended to be conversational in style and non-formal in tone. Everyone is encouraged to attend. \nThese physics workshops will be scheduled bi-weekly until concluded. After that\, the seminar and journal club will explore issues of interest to the neuroimaging community in general. Data handling\, analysis practices\, safety\, ethics\, best practices\, and more will all be common topics. When literature is published that is of broad interest\, trainees will be asked to present them and lead discussions.

SUMMARY:MRI Research Workshop - Day 3 of 3
DESCRIPTION:This workshop covers topics ranging from MRI physics to experimental design. This workshop is available to lab PIs and their lab members who have applied for and/or received CAHBIR funding\, or who are routinely scanning at CAHBIR.  We anticipate that this will be the first of several workshops\, with this first one being particularly targeted toward individuals who do not have a substantial history of performing MRI studies. \nWe realize that not everyone who might wish to attend will be able to\, because of the complexity of people’s travel plans this time of year. If you cannot attend this one\, our next workshop will be held in the fall. \nDay 1 event listing\nDay 2 event listing

SUMMARY:MRI Research Workshop - Day 1 of 3
DESCRIPTION:This workshop covers topics ranging from MRI physics to experimental design. \nDay 2 event listing\nDay 3 event listing
