Nick was the lab manager/research coordinator for multiple active studies in the CANL. He obtained a B.A. in Neuroscience from Colgate University in 2019. After graduating, he began a post-baccalaureate training fellowship with Dr. BJ Casey’s Fundamentals of the Adolescent Brain Lab at Yale University to work on the Adolescent Brain Cognitive Development (ABCD) Study and gain training in state-of-the-art brain imaging methods. Nick started a PhD program in the Fall of 2023 at Rutgers-Newark with Dr. Mauricio Delgado’s ExternalSocial and Affective Neuroscience Lab to study neural and cognitive processes underlying reward & punishment learning, memory, and decision-making across social, emotional, and motivational contexts.
