Major projects include structure database development (<a href=\"https:\/\/emdataresource.org\/\">EMDataResource<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/nakb.org\/\">Nucleic Acid Knowledgebase<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/rcsb.org\/\">Protein Data Bank<\/a>), with emphasis on improving representation of large biological assemblies (<a href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/rcsb\/PointSuite\">Pointsuite<\/a>). The online curriculum, &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/edsb.rcsb.org\/\">PDB and Data Archiving<\/a>&#8221; introduces best practices in data resource management based on the extensive experience accumulated by the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rcsb.org\/pages\/team\">Research Collaboratory for Bioinformatics team<\/a>.
