Registration

If you wish to register for the conference and potentially present a poster, you can follow these steps:

Compose an email to Narek Hovsepyan at narek.hovsepyan@rutgers.edu by April 30, with the subject line: Conference Registration and Poster Submission.

In the body of the email, include the following information:

  • Your Full Name
  • Your Institution
  • Your Position/Title
  • Specify if you want to attend the conference only or if you also intend to present a poster

If you’re presenting a poster, include:

  • Title of the Poster
  • Abstract of the Poster

There is no registration fee for attending the conference but the registration is mandatory in order to participate. Lunch and two refreshment breaks will be provided on each day of the conference.
