Dr. Sharon Glazer is an internationally known professor and researcher of cross-cultural organizational psychology. Prior to joining Rutgers University, she held academic positions at San José State University, University of Maryland Center for Advanced Study of Language (a DoD research thinktank), and The University of Baltimore. After earning her PhD in 1999 from Central Michigan University, Dr. Glazer was a postdoc at the National Institute for Occupational Safety & Health (NIOSH), while working full-time as a lecturer at Northern Kentucky University.
In her 25+ years of teaching, research, and consulting, Dr. Glazer’s foci have been cross-cultural organizational psychology, and occupational stress & health. organizational development, organizational theory, and consulting skills. Her research has been supported by several grants, e.g., National Science Foundation, Fulbright Fellow, Erasmus Mundus, and NASA.
