How to Register on Rutgers Do Easy Sports

Registering for the Rutgers Cricket Club is easy through the Do Easy Sports platform. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you get started:

  1. Visit https://rutgers.dserec.com/online/clubsports_widget to access the Do Easy Sports registration portal.
  2. Scroll through the available club sports and locate “Cricket.”
  3. Click on the “Registration” link associated with the Cricket club.
  4. The platform will prompt you to log in using your NetID.
  5. Once logged in, you’ll need to complete the registration information. This includes:
    • Personal Information:
      • Fill in your personal details
      • Provide your campus address and home address.
      • Include emergency contact information.
    • Additional Information:
      • Specify your position within the club.
      • Indicate the number of years you’ve been a part of the club.
      • If you’re serving as a Safety Officer, upload your CPR & First Aid Certificates if prompted.
    • Medical Information:
      • Answer questions about known allergies, medications, and special health needs.
    • Driver Information (if applicable):
      • If you’re a driver, you’ll be prompted to complete the Recognition of Driver Waiver.
      • Submit additional documents, including your Driver’s License.
      • Provide a copy of Auto Insurance (only if driving a personal vehicle).
      • Include a copy of vehicle registration (only if driving a personal vehicle).
      • Submit a copy of Defensive Driving Certification (required for University or rental vehicle drivers).
    • Risk & Conduct:
      • Acknowledge the Assumption of Risk.
      • Familiarize yourself with the Hazing Policy.
  6. After completing all the necessary information, click “Save.”
  7. Once your registration is successfully submitted, a blue bar in the upper right-hand corner of the page will indicate “Pending Approval.”
  8. Please note that all registrations must be approved by the Sport Club Office before you can participate in any club sports practices or competitions.
