About Curiosities
As part of the 50th anniversary celebration of the Honors College in 2022-2023, we revived the Honors College student magazine. Digging through archives, we found two editions to the magazine, then called Newark Days. Created and edited by Honors students, the first page of their first edition reads,

Building off this tradition, we proposed a new name and a more expansive range of content. Honors College students are multidimensional and multi-talented with interests that are within traditional academic subject areas and those that push us to consider new types of experiences and intelligence. Why not showcase those talents? Curiosities: In and Of the Honors College is now an online student-centered magazine designed to highlight the dynamic students of the Honors College. Here, our students will showcase what it means to be an Honors student by sharing a little of their work with our campus community.
Enjoy!
