The support of several funding agencies and bodies enables us to run these and other studies (<em>National Institutes of Health (NIH), Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR), R\u00e9seau Parkinson Qu\u00e9bec, Weston Brain Institute, Michael J Fox Foundation, Rutgers University<\/em>).<\/p>\n<h2>Research studies currently looking for participants<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-511 \" src=\"http:\/\/sites.rutgers.edu\/daneault-lab\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/845\/2022\/10\/Family-Holding-Hands-Minus-Ground-Silhouette-e1664989204298-300x218.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"256\" height=\"186\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sites.rutgers.edu\/daneault-lab\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/845\/2022\/10\/Family-Holding-Hands-Minus-Ground-Silhouette-e1664989204298-300x218.png 300w, https:\/\/sites.rutgers.edu\/daneault-lab\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/845\/2022\/10\/Family-Holding-Hands-Minus-Ground-Silhouette-e1664989204298.png 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 256px) 100vw, 256px\" \/>Development of a large database of normal movement patterns.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We are looking for individuals aged 1 year and older to help us create a large database of normal movement patterns. This will be used for comparison with movements patterns for individuals with a variety of disorders to help us better understand disease and develop new interventions and treatments. The entire study requires 3 lab visits over a 1-year period. The entire study requires 1 lab visit lasting about 4 hours. Participants will be compensated for their time.
