I’m a full-time member the Political Science department at Rutgers University where I teach courses on both Public Law, Urban Politics, and Water Politics. I have taught at Loyola Marymount, California State – Long Beach, Northern Illinois University, and the University of Illinois at Chicago. My teaching and research interests include American politics, urban politics, constitutional law, water politics, housing politics, privatization, and judicial politics.
