We are committed to developing skilled leaders who can design, implement, and evaluate high-quality simulation programs. By fostering a culture of continuous improvement, ethical practice, and interprofessional collaboration, we aim to enhance patient care and safety, and contribute to the body of knowledge in healthcare simulation.<\/p>\n<h3>Vision Statement<\/h3>\n<p>Our vision is to be a global leader in emergency medicine simulation education. We strive to create an inclusive and dynamic learning environment that empowers healthcare professionals to excel in simulation-based teaching and research. Through our comprehensive fellowship program, we envision a future where simulation is seamlessly integrated into medical education, leading to improved patient outcomes and a safer healthcare system.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h3>General Overview<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>One year program<\/li>\n<li>12 modules with hands on experience and expert supervision<\/li>\n<li>Faculty with a wealth of simulation experience<\/li>\n<li>Up to Date literature reviews<\/li>\n<li>Diverse learner populations from pre-healthcare, UME, GME, professional practice and IPE experiences<\/li>\n<li>While the educational program spans 3 sites, the fellow will have one clinical &#8220;home&#8221; where they will perform their clinical duties.
