Currently, she is the clinical coordinator of the BRAINY-NJ Study, bringing a rich blend of clinical and academic expertise from Brazil and the United States. She holds a degree in Psychology from the Federal University of S\u00e3o Carlos (Brazil) and Psycho-Oncology at the A.C. Camargo Center in S\u00e3o Paulo, where she earned her Master\u2019s in Science (MS).<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\" style=\"text-align: left\"><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">In the United States, Ana earned her Master\u2019s in Counseling (MA) for Mental Health and Wellness at New York University (NYU), further honing her ability to provide empathetic, evidence-based, and culturally sensitive care. She also works as a psychotherapist at Intercity Psychotherapy in Yonkers, NY, supporting clients across diverse life stages, focusing on older adults and those navigating complex emotional challenges.
