Moi, je m\u2019en souviens bien; je me souviens de petites cr\u00eapes pr\u00e9emball\u00e9es et achet\u00e9es, du sirop de chocolat et beaucoup de cr\u00e8me fouett\u00e9e. Elles \u00e9taient assez bonnes, mais <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">j\u2019ai commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 vraiment appr\u00e9cier<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> les cr\u00eapes pendant un voyage en France durant ma deuxi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e au lyc\u00e9e. L\u00e0, il y avait des cr\u00eaperies et des stands \u00e0 tous les coins de rue dans chaque ville. Je ne peux pas compter combien de cr\u00eapes j\u2019ai mang\u00e9 pendant mon voyage. La l\u00e9gende raconte qu&#8217;au XIIIe si\u00e8cle, une Bretonne (une femme originaire de la Bretagne) aurait renvers\u00e9 un peu d\u2019une p\u00e2te au sarrasin (un m\u00e9lange oeuf\/farine\/lait) pour faire la cuisine) sur son fourneau. Elle n\u2019a pas voulu gaspiller la nourriture, alors elle a tir\u00e9 le meilleur parti de cet accident: elle l\u2019a mang\u00e9e. Cette histoire peut \u00eatre fausse, mais il y a des \u00e9l\u00e9ments qui sont importants. Les cr\u00eapes sont plus fines, plus petites que les galettes et sont faites avec de la farine de bl\u00e9 et parfois du sucre. Normalement, les cr\u00eapes ont des garnitures sucr\u00e9es.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Le nom \u201cgalette\u201d d\u00e9rive du mot <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">galet<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> en fran\u00e7ais parce qu\u2019on utilisait les galets (<em>pebbles<\/em>) dans le feu pour cuisiner. Les galettes sont plus fonc\u00e9es, ont un go\u00fbt de noisette et sont faites avec de la farine de sarrasin. C\u2019est encore une des favorites, mais il y a aussi des garnitures d\u2019avocat, de bacon, de saumon fum\u00e9, de viandes vari\u00e9es, et cetera. Les garnitures traditionnelles des cr\u00eapes sucr\u00e9es \u00e9taient le citron et le sucre. Maintenant, il y a un bien plus grand choix. Les garnitures modernes les plus populaires sont Nutella, la glace, les fruits, le fromage frais \u00e0 tartiner, la cr\u00e8me fouett\u00e9e, at autres bonnes choses.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Pour moi, j\u2019aime les deux sortes mais elles ont &#8220;un lieu et un temps&#8221; &#8211; vraiment, il y a une cr\u00eape pour chaque occasion! Ceci dit, ma cr\u00eape pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e est sucr\u00e9e avec du Nutella, des fraises et de la cr\u00e8me fouett\u00e9e!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Les cr\u00eapes sont faciles!<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Maintenant que vous avez faim, je veux vous assurer que les cr\u00eapes sont tr\u00e8s faciles \u00e0 faire! De plus, elles sont parfaites pour chaque occasion. Ma recette pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e est ci-dessous, avec la vid\u00e9o d\u2019une cr\u00eaperie en France pour donner un exemple.
