Le romantisme est un mouvement litt\u00e9raire et intellectuel n\u00e9 vers \u201cla fin du XVIIIe si\u00e8cle\u201d. Il c\u00e9l\u00e9brait \u201cl&#8217;imagination individuelle\u201d et la recherche permanente de la libert\u00e9 individuelle. Le romantisme se caract\u00e9rise par des descriptions vivantes de la nature, des th\u00e8mes de solitude, des \u00e9motions puissantes, la c\u00e9l\u00e9bration de l&#8217;imagination et la d\u00e9votion \u00e0 la beaut\u00e9 (Romanticism). Je me souviens avoir lu de nombreux auteurs romantiques notables au lyc\u00e9e, comme Mary Shelley, Edgar Allen Poe et Nathaniel Hawthorne. Alors pour \u00e9largir nos horizons, je vous conseille <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Les R\u00eaveries du<\/span><\/i> <i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">promeneur solitaire<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> de Jean-Jacques Rousseau. C&#8217;est un livre inachev\u00e9 sur les voyages de Rousseau au cours des deux ann\u00e9es pr\u00e9c\u00e9dant sa mort. Le livre est divis\u00e9 en dix promenades, dont sept seulement sont compl\u00e9t\u00e9es et r\u00e9vis\u00e9es. L&#8217;avantage de ce livre est que chaque promenade peut \u00eatre lue ind\u00e9pendamment l&#8217;une de l&#8217;autre. Vous n&#8217;\u00eates donc pas oblig\u00e9 de commencer par le d\u00e9but, mais il faut trouver celui qui pique votre int\u00e9r\u00eat.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Le r\u00e9alisme\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Si vous avez le plus de 2, vous \u00eates en r\u00e9sonance avec le r\u00e9alisme. Le r\u00e9alisme est un mouvement litt\u00e9raire qui s&#8217;est produit au \u201cmilieu du XIXe si\u00e8cle\u201d. Le r\u00e9alisme rejette le romantisme et vise plut\u00f4t \u00e0 fournir une repr\u00e9sentation pr\u00e9cise et sans fioritures de la nature et de la vie contemporaine (Realism). Pour plonger dans le r\u00e9alisme je recommande <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Un c\u0153ur simple<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> de Gustave Flaubert. <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Un c\u0153ur simple<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> raconte l\u2019histoire d\u2019une servante nomm\u00e9e F\u00e9licit\u00e9. C&#8217;est l&#8217;histoire d&#8217;une fille ordinaire et de sa relation \u00e0 son environnement.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Le symbolisme<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Si vous avez plus de 3, vous pouvez aimer le symbolisme. Le symbolisme a eu lieu \u201c\u00e0 la fin du XIXe si\u00e8cle\u201d. C&#8217;\u00e9tait un mouvement litt\u00e9raire et artistique qui mettait l&#8217;accent sur les \u00e9motions, les sentiments et la subjectivit\u00e9 plut\u00f4t que sur le r\u00e9alisme (Symbolism). Je recommande \u201cL&#8217;invitation au voyage\u201d de Charles Baudelaire. Baudelaire a \u00e9crit deux po\u00e8mes du m\u00eame titre. Le premier \u00e9tait \u00e9crit en vers et le second \u00e9tait \u00e9crit en prose. Les deux parlent du r\u00eave d&#8217;une utopie. Je recommande de lire d&#8217;abord les vers puis la prose et, en lisant la prose, de faire des liens avec le po\u00e8me original.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Le surr\u00e9alisme<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Avec une pr\u00e9dominance de 4, vous appr\u00e9cierez le surr\u00e9alisme. Le mouvement surr\u00e9aliste s&#8217;est produit apr\u00e8s la Premi\u00e8re Guerre Mondiale. Le surr\u00e9alisme est un mouvement culturel qui met l&#8217;accent sur l&#8217;expression de l&#8217;inconscient. Les artistes et les auteurs de ce mouvement ont trouv\u00e9 une \u00e9trange beaut\u00e9 dans le m\u00e9pris et le non conventionnel (Surrealism). Je recommande \u201cUnion Libre\u201d d\u2019Andr\u00e9 Breton. C&#8217;est une lecture un peu difficile, mais elle est gratifiante lorsqu&#8217;elle est comprise.
