La meringue traditionnelle de la Provence est un peu dure \u00e0 l&#8217;ext\u00e9rieur, mais tr\u00e8s moelleuse \u00e0 l&#8217;int\u00e9rieur. La meringue peut avoir la saveur qui vous pla\u00eet, comme le citron ou la lavande.
