La raison pour laquelle le catalan ressemble \u00e0 ces deux langues, c\u2019est parce que ce sont des langues latines. Le catalan est parl\u00e9 par 9 millions de personnes en France, Espagne, Italie, Canada, et quelques pays d&#8217;Afrique. Le catalan est parl\u00e9 dans une partie du sud de la France, tandis qu&#8217;en Espagne, il est parl\u00e9 en Andorre, Catalogne, dans le Pays valencien, et aux \u00celes Bal\u00e9ares. Il y a plusieurs variantes g\u00e9ographiques.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Une histoire br\u00e8ve :\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Comment est-ce que le catalan s\u2019est propag\u00e9 ?\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Le catalan s\u2019est d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 \u00e0 partir du latin parl\u00e9 par les romains, qui ont colonis\u00e9 la r\u00e9gion de Tarragone en Espagne. Il est apparu entre le VIIIe et le Xe si\u00e8cle de part et d\u2019autre des Pyr\u00e9n\u00e9es, en France. Durant les XIIe et XIIIe si\u00e8cles, il s\u2019est propag\u00e9 vers le sud et vers l\u2019est.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">En 1654, la R\u00e9publique catalane en Espagne se r\u00e9fugie en France.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> En 1659 (sous Louis XIV), le trait\u00e9 des Pyr\u00e9n\u00e9es oblige la France \u00e0 c\u00e9der la R\u00e9publique catalane \u00e0 l\u2019Espagne, en <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00e9<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">change de la Catalogne du nord. Aujourd\u2019hui, c\u2019est la r<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00e9<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">gion Pyr<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00e9<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00e9<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">es en France, dans le sud-Ouest de la France.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">C\u2019est un peu compliqu\u00e9, alors si vous voulez en apprendre plus, vous pouvez aller<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.superprof.fr\/blog\/historique-linguistique-catalan\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> ici<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Les similitudes et diff\u00e9rences avec le fran\u00e7ais :<\/b><b><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Origine latine :<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Quelques mots se ressemblent, mais pour comprendre chaque langue il est n\u00e9cessaire de comprendre chacune d&#8217;elles. Les deux sont des langues romanes, c\u2019est \u00e0 dire qu&#8217;elles sont toutes les deux d\u2019origine latine. C\u2019est pour cette raison qu\u2019il existe des mots similaires.
