A l\u2019ouverture du premier caf\u00e9 parisien au 17e si\u00e8cle, le Caf\u00e9 de Procope, le caf\u00e9 \u00e9tait un lieu pour les hommes riches. Cependant, aujourd\u2019hui le caf\u00e9 est un lieu tr\u00e8s accueillant o\u00f9 on se retrouve avec ses amis pour discuter de l&#8217;actualit\u00e9, prendre une boisson, ou simplement passer le temps.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>L&#8217;histoire du caf\u00e9 fran\u00e7ais<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Inspir\u00e9 par les caf\u00e9s de l\u2019empire Ottoman, le caf\u00e9 fran\u00e7ais a \u00e9t\u00e9, au 18e si\u00e8cle,<\/span><span style=\"font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', Roboto, 'Helvetica Neue', Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 1rem\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', Roboto, 'Helvetica Neue', Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 1rem\">un lieu<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">o\u00f9 les hommes se rassemblaient pour discuter de politique, d&#8217;art, etc. Les caf\u00e9s ont jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le tr\u00e8s important pendant le si\u00e8cle des Lumi\u00e8res et la R\u00e9volution fran\u00e7aise; on y a questionn\u00e9 la monarchie, et form\u00e9 des plans pour les \u00e9v\u00e9nements \u00e0 venir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Les grains de caf\u00e9 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 introduits en France en 1657 par Jean de Th\u00e9venot. Jean de Th\u00e9venot \u00e9tait un voyageur fran\u00e7ais qui rapportait des grains de caf\u00e9 du Moyen Orient et d&#8217;Asie dans son pays. Toutefois, c&#8217;est un Armenien, appel\u00e9 Pascal (l\u2019histoire ne mentionne pas son nom entier), qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 la premi\u00e8re personne \u00e0 vendre du caf\u00e9 en France. Il a vendu cette boisson \u00e0 la f\u00eate foraine de Saint Germain en 1672. Apr\u00e8s cette f\u00eate foraine, Pascal a ouvert un caf\u00e9 sur le <em>Quai de l&#8217;\u00c9cole<\/em>; cependant, l\u2019ouverture du premier caf\u00e9 \u00e0 Paris est souvent attribu\u00e9e \u00e0 Fran\u00e7ois Procope, qui aurait fond\u00e9 le <em>Caf\u00e9 de Procope<\/em> en 1689 pour les hommes de la haute soci\u00e9t\u00e9. Mais si le caf\u00e9 a commenc\u00e9 comme un lieu pour les hommes riches, il s&#8217;est ouvert \u00e0 d&#8217;autres classes sociales (sans les femmes et les gens non-blancs), ce qui est important pour la R\u00e9volution \u00e0 venir.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>La culture moderne du caf\u00e9 fran\u00e7ais<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Aujourd&#8217;hui, la fr\u00e9quentation du caf\u00e9 en France est encore tr\u00e8s courante, mais moins que pendant les 17e et 18e si\u00e8cles. En 2008, une interdiction de fumer a \u00e9t\u00e9 impos\u00e9e, ce qui a caus\u00e9 un certain d\u00e9clin de la culture du caf\u00e9 en France. En m\u00eame temps, l&#8217;\u00e8re du num\u00e9rique a rendu le caf\u00e9 moins essentiel pour lire les journaux, avoir des discussions, etc. parce que la plupart des \u00e9changes se font maintenant en ligne, mais on va encore au caf\u00e9 pour \u00eatre branch\u00e9.
