Nous procrastinons la majeure partie du temps parce que, inconsciemment, nous croyons qu\u2019il est mieux de ne pas accomplir une t\u00e2che plut\u00f4t que de <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">l\u2019accomplir <em>de la mauvaise mani\u00e8re<\/em><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. C\u2019est ce qu\u2019on appelle le <strong>perfectionnisme<\/strong>. Les perfectionnistes accordent beaucoup plus d&#8217;importance \u00e0 l\u2019opinion des gens qu&#8217;\u00e0 l&#8217;accomplissement de leur t\u00e2che. Les jeunes utilisent des applications sur Apple store ou Play store comme <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201csession\u201d<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> ou<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> \u201ctweek\u201d<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> pour organiser leurs t\u00e2ches quotidiennes.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">2-La deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9tape<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> consiste \u00e0 simplifier le travail \u00e0 faire. Ceci est accompli en achevant les t\u00e2ches les plus faciles en premier ou en divisant les t\u00e2ches difficiles en plusieurs parties. Lorsque nous accomplissons ces petites t\u00e2ches, nous sommes r\u00e9compens\u00e9s par un<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> sentiment de satisfaction<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> qui nous motive \u00e0 accomplir la t\u00e2che suivante. C\u2019est une habitude qu\u2019on d\u00e9veloppe au fil du temps et dont il\u00a0 est facile de se d\u00e9barrasser. <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Le plus difficile, c\u2019est de commencer<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. Toute t\u00e2che d\u00e9but\u00e9e est \u00e0 moiti\u00e9 accomplie. Il est important d&#8217;appr\u00e9cier chaque effort que nous fournissons et d\u2019\u00eatre constant dans notre \u00e9volution. La r\u00e9ussite se trouve dans les petites habitudes.
