Chintan Bhavsar is a first year master’s student in the Nutritional Sciences Graduate Program. He graduated from Rutgers-New Brunswick with his B.S. in Nutritional Sciences in 2023. He is a part of Dr. Tracy Anthony’s lab on Cook Campus. His research focuses on studying the stress response to amino acid restricted diets as well as understanding the liver toxicity associated with the chemotherapy drug, asparaginase. In his free time, he enjoys playing the guitar, cooking, and photography.
