We know the COVID-19 pandemic has affected you, your families, and our campus community in numerous ways, and we want to understand how. The New Jersey Office of the Secretary of Higher Education has launched a COVID-19 student questionnaire to gather statewide data on the transition back to in-person instruction and on students’ mental and financial health. The results will inform New Jersey’s ongoing COVID-19 response efforts.
Please complete the anonymous questionnaire here: https://oshe.co1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_d1eearrBo4e1XGC by no later than Friday, October 29, 2021 to ensure your response is captured. Participation is voluntary and will not affect your standing at Rutgers.
The survey takes about 5-10 minutes to complete. By submitting your responses, you are consenting to participation and certifying that you are 18 or older. We will send at least two reminders over the course of the next two weeks.
