Yuane “Joy” Jia, PhD., is a Co-Investigator for the iCareer study. Dr. Jia received her PhD in Research Methodology, Statistics and Evaluation at the University of Virginia. She has served as a methodological and statistics co-investigator on over 10 projects on clinical and professional practice across research designs since she joined Rutgers. Dr. Jia has strong expertise in the large scale data analysis and data management, and intensive experience working with complex sample designed datasets.
