Nicole Sanders is a Master’s student in Forensic Psychology at John Jay College of Criminal Justice. She has completed her academic coursework and is currently completing her clinical externship at Rutgers University as part of her graduate training. Her work integrates clinical and research experience, including CBT-based interventions, structured group facilitation, and Motivational Interviewing techniques to support participant engagement and progress. She also contributes to research activities through participant assessments, outcome measures, and data collection.
