On May 2nd, 2025, Julien Musolino addressed employment and civil rights lawyers at the 2025 Boardwalk Seminar, organized by the New Jersey Association for Justice. His lecture, “Cognitive science and the law: the case of dignitary harm,” introduced a new cognitive science-based framework for understanding this complex legal concept and explored implications of cognitive science for legal reasoning, decision-making, and concepts of harm and responsibility.
