We don’t know! If you think your topic relates to specialized labor, tell us about it. The definition of specialized labor itself is one of the concerns of this conference.

The conference will be held as a Zoom webinar, so it takes place wherever you have an internet connection. It will take place on May 14th and 15th, 2021. All times listed are in EDT (NYC time zone).

Our keynote speakers are Dr. Lynne Kvapil (Associate Professor at Butler University) and Dr. David Hollander (Associate Professor at Iowa State University).

Each paper will be recorded in advance, reducing day-of technology issues and allowing us to provide closed captioning. After papers have been presented, we will have time for questions and discussions. In place of coffee breaks and meals, we will have optional Zoom socials using breakout rooms.
