These hoods are BSL 2 certified.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Thermocycler and Roche Lightcycler 480<\/strong> &#8211; <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">This instrument is used for quantitative PCR analysis.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Cell culture incubators<\/strong> &#8211; <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Three\u00a0 incubators with temperature, CO<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">2<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> and humidity controls are for standard cell- and tissue-culturing.\u00a0 One cell culture incubator is adapted to accommodate bioreactor set-up.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Temperature\/ humidity stability chamber<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The stability chamber has controlled temperature and humidity environments for use in shelf life testing of polymers, nutraceutical and pharmaceutical products and packaging.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Refrigerated tabletop centrifuge<\/strong> &#8211; <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">This centrifuge is used for\u00a0 cell and sample preparation under refrigerated condition.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>TECAN Spark plate reader<\/strong> &#8211; <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">TECAN Spark plate reader measures the fluorescence or the absorbance of samples in 24-well, 48-well and 96-well formats. An imaging system equipped with a digital camera and an adaptor is connected to the inverted microscope and enables histological examination and capturing important cell behaviors on different substrates.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Zeiss Axio Observer D1 inverted epifluorescent microscope<\/strong> &#8211;\u00a0equipped with 4 filters for detecting DAPI, GFP, Rhodamine and Far-red fluorescent samples &#8211; <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Our Zeiss Axio Observer D1 inverted epifluorescent microscope is equipped with 4 filters for detecting DAPI, GFP, Rhodamine and Far-red fluorescent samples.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Confocal Laser Scanning Microscope<\/strong> &#8211;
