The TAB members serve as co-mentors to the trainees and participate in a monthly seminar series with the trainees, providing trainees continuous contact with these experts.<\/p>\n<p>These TAB advisors enrich the training environment with translational and entrepreneurial skills that are not commonly found among leading academic scientists.
