\"\"Biomaterials requires constant interaction between many areas of science to be successful. That\u2019s why we are an interdisciplinary lab that contains scientists from different backgrounds. Our focus is to operate at the intersection between all of these fields and move expeditiously towards solving today’s medical needs for a brighter tomorrow. Specifically, our lab contains polymer chemists to design novel biodegradable materials, materials scientists to aid in characterization, chemical and biomedical engineers to fabricate devices and systems, and biologists who can test our materials both in vitro and in vivo.
