Prof Syrett talked about the use of language and the role it plays in shaping our perspective, at the kick-off event for the Language and Social Justice initiative. The initiative was developed by Language Engagement Project (LEP) and the Language Center, in collaboration with Rutgers English Language Institute (RELI) and the School or Arts and Sciences.
