This has a wide range of implications and applications: electronic excitation energies and spectra, double excitations, highly excited\u00a0Rydberg\u00a0states, quantum control in intense fields.<\/p>\n<h5>Recent Key Publications<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Perspective: Fundamental aspects of time-dependent density functional theory<\/em>, N.
