Our Concert Band Institute and Summer Jazz Institute both feature rigorous, collegiate-level experiences led by Mason Gross School of the Arts faculty and other renowned musicians. Students engage in daily rehearsals, masterclasses, and special events with highly-respected, award-winning camp faculty. (Our residential option allows high school students an early taste of on-campus college life.) These programs are available for rising 7th through rising college freshman who are interested in preparing for college auditions or simply elevating their own musicality. Instrumentalists are expected to have at least 2 years of experience on their instrument. Placement auditions will take place on the first day of camp.
