9:00 AM to 4:00 PM | This advanced portfolio-building summer class is designed for students looking to push the boundaries of zine-making, enhancing their creative and technical skills for college art applications. Building on an understanding of zine culture, students will take a deeper dive into the development, design, and production of high-quality, self-published works. The course integrates both analog and advanced digital techniques, offering hands-on tutorials in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign. Students will refine their design concepts, storytelling, and layout strategies to create a sophisticated, polished zine that showcases their artistic vision and technical expertise—an ideal addition to any college portfolio.
