Programs and advertisements will not be generated until there is a confirmed space. <em>See below.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"font-size:1.3rem;font-weight:800;color:#cc0033;margin:32px 0 14px;padding-bottom:6px;border-bottom:2px solid #f0d6dd;text-align:left\">How to Reserve a Room<\/h2>\n<ol style=\"max-width:760px;margin:0 auto 16px;padding-left:24px;line-height:1.7\">\n<li style=\"margin:0 0 12px\">Check <a href=\"https:\/\/artspace.rutgers.edu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" style=\"color:#cc0033;font-weight:600;text-decoration:underline\">ArtSpace<\/a> to see the availability of our spaces.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin:0 0 12px\">Change the date using the calendar icon.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin:0 0 12px\">Filter by building\/room, and create a reservation by clicking on the date\/time on the grid. Please make sure to leave &ldquo;Participants&rdquo; blank. Nicholas Music Center and Voorhees Chapel are &ldquo;view only&rdquo;; please email <a href=\"mailto:scheduling@mgsa.rutgers.edu\" style=\"color:#cc0033;font-weight:600;text-decoration:underline\">scheduling@mgsa.rutgers.edu<\/a> to reserve those spaces for performances\/recitals.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin:0 0 12px\">Once your reservation is confirmed via email, pick up a temporary key from the Front Office; note that the Front Office will check that the room has been reserved prior to signing out a key.\n<ul style=\"margin:8px 0 0;padding-left:22px;line-height:1.65\">\n<li style=\"margin:0\">Students are not able to check out keys to performance spaces. For recitals outside of business hours, the faculty member must check out a key.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin:0\">Return your key immediately after finishing with your reservation to the Front Office or the key drop box outside the Front Office door.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2 style=\"font-size:1.3rem;font-weight:800;color:#cc0033;margin:32px 0 14px;padding-bottom:6px;border-bottom:2px solid #f0d6dd;text-align:left\">Notes<\/h2>\n<ul style=\"max-width:760px;margin:0 auto 16px;padding-left:24px;line-height:1.7\">\n<li style=\"margin:0 0 12px\">Both students and faculty can reserve spaces, but performances and recitals must be reserved by the private lesson instructor.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin:0 0 12px\">Students can reserve space for their recital <em>rehearsals<\/em>. Faculty are responsible for scheduling the recital itself.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin:0\">Due to ongoing construction, some studios and classrooms may be temporarily unavailable. Please make sure to indicate your room requirements so we can pair you with a room that suits your needs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div style=\"max-width:760px;margin:0 auto 16px;background-color:#fdecef;border-left:4px solid #cc0033;border-radius:10px;padding:14px 20px;line-height:1.55\">\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 8px\"><strong>Keys can only be given to the person the reservation is under.<\/strong> Please do not send students to pick up your keys.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin:0\">Students will not receive keys for their recital.
