Please note, the projector in this room requires that you press the blue power button on the remote twice to fully turn off the projector.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Walters 240<\/strong>:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Power on: Flip the switch on the Power Strip above the CD Player. Then turn on the individual devices if necessary. (most should turn on automatically)<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Plug the audio cable into your device. Then ensure the receiver is set to AV6 as the audio input. To do this use the left or right input buttons on the receiver to scroll until you find AV6.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Projector: Use the remote labeled \u201cProjector\u201d to power on the projector. After the lamp warms up, use the remote to select the appropriate input.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">When you are finished, use the remote to turn off the projector, and flip the switch on the power strip.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Shindell Choral Hall (Mortenson)<\/strong>:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">On Screen to the right of the rack: Tap the screen, then press touch to begin.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">If using Audio ONLY: Connect audio cable to the headphone jack of your device. Please only use the separate audio cable, not the one attached to the VGA cable. Then on the screen, Press Input Selection, go to VGA IN, then select Light Booth on the side menu. Volume control is located in the top right of the screen under Main VOL.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">If using Video and Audio, on the screen select either VGA IN or HDMI IN based on the type of connection you\u2019re using, and then press projector or smart board on the side menu depending on where you wish to have the image displayed. Please note, if selecting Projector, the screen will automatically descend or retract\u00a0 when the projector is on or off respectively. There is no need for direct control of the screen.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">When Finished, on the screen go to System, then SHUTDOWN, and then wait for the bar on the screen to move all the way to the left before leaving.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Please note: Using the microphones, camera, and other recording equipment in the hall is strictly prohibited without arranging with Rutgers Recording Services.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Bauer Music Room (Mortenson)<\/strong>:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Power Button on the bottom of the Rack: ON<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">On Screen to the right of rack: Tap the screen, then press touch to begin.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">If using audio ONLY: plug the audio cable labeled \u201cVideo IN\u201d to the headphone jack on your device. Then Turn off the power button on the bottom of the rack.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>Marryott Music Building 207 (VGA ONLY)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Power button on lower left of rack: ON<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Audio: Connect audio cable to headphone jack on your device.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">On the receiver on the bottom of the rack, press \u201ciPad, Computer\u201d and use the main wheel for volume control.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Press \u201cblu ray\/ dvd\/cd player\u201d for audio if using those devices during your class.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Projector: On the wall to the left of the rack there is a white control panel.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Press the \u201cON\u201d button to turn on the projector.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Attach a VGA cable to the bottom of the control panel in the slot labeled \u201ccomputer\u201d.\u00a0 Attach the other end of the cable to your device. On the main control panel press the \u201ccomp\u201d button, or \u201cvideo\u201d button for the image from your computer\/or DVD player to be displayed respectively.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">When finished, on the projector control panel, press the \u201cOff\u201d button twice. Then on the bottom left of the rack, press the power button.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>Schare (VGA ONLY) (Marryott Music Building)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">For Projector Use: Use the control panel on the wall to the right of the tech cabinet.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Press the On button to turn the projector on, and then press the \u201ccomp\u201d button for VGA input.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">For audio you will need to follow the directions above&#8230;do not use the attached audio cable you will find on the VGA cable or plug any audio cables into the side panel on the stage left stairs.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Plug one end of the VGA cable into the side panel on the Stage Left stairs, and the other end into your device.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">When finished, unplug all the cables and place them back in the cabinet. Press the \u201cOFF\u201d button twice on the projector control panel, and please retract the screen.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Please Note: Using the Microphones and other recording equipment in the cabinet is strictly prohibited without arranging with Rutgers Recording Services.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Marryott Music Building 109 (VGA ONLY)<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Please see Ellen Liebowitz for combination lock if you are teaching in this room.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Turn the power button on for each individual piece of equipment.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Audio: plug the audio cable into the headphone jack on your device. For volume control use the large dial on the receiver.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Projector use: Plug one end of VGA cable into your device, and the other into the jack labeled \u201ccomputer\u201d to the bottom left of the chalkboard. The Projector control panel in this room does not work, and you will need to use the remote to control the projector.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">When you are finished please turn off each individual piece of equipment in the cabinet with their respective power buttons and return the projector remote inside the cabinet as well.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Rehearsal Hall 104<\/strong>:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Power on: Switch power switch on top of rack.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Plug the loose end of the HDMI wire into your device.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Use the White Remote control in the drawer to turn on the projector and select the appropriate input: A = VGA, B = EMPTY, C = DVD\/Blu Ray, D = HDMI.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Audio: Attach the audio cable to the headphone jack on your device. Volume control is on the White panel on the rack. Of the 4 buttons along the bottom of the panel, use the right-most one to control master volume. Red lights to the right tell you your input volume is too loud. In this case, decrease the volume on your device and increase the volume on the panel further.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">When you are finished, please use the White Remote to turn off the projector, and then disconnect all cables from your device. Then turn off the power switch on the upper right of the rack.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>Rehearsal Hall 201: (VGA ONLY)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Power on: Turn on the power strip at the back of the cabinet. Then turn on each individual device as needed, if necessary. (Most should turn on automatically)<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Audio: Connect white audio cable to your device. Then select the \u201cPC\u201d button on the receiver. Select the \u201cDVD\/cd\u201d button if you are using the dvd player.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Projector: Use the white remote to turn on the projector. This room is VGA only, and so you might need to select \u201csource search\u201d on the remote to find the appropriate input on the projector, although \u201ccomputer 1\u201d might be automatically selected.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">When you are finished, use the white remote to turn off the projector by pressing the power button two times. Then turn off the switch on the power strip at the back of the cabinet.
