A spirited and engaging program of Baroque and Classical repertoire interpreted through the world of Historical Performance Practice, with attention to the tastes and sensibilities of 17th-, 18th-, and early 19th-century Europe, from the time of Francesca Caccini, Mlle Duval, Regina Strinasacchi, Farinelli, Maria Rosa Henrica, George Bridgetower and Anne Louise Brillon, (Corelli, Vivaldi, Handel, Bach, and Mozart).
