An exploration of iconic historical paintings accompanied by wind music from the corresponding epochs. Paintings by Beuckelaer, Rembrandt, Michelangelo, Fragonard, Monet, Van Gogh, and Kandinsky. Composers include Susato, Mozart, Grieg, Hindemith, among others, with a special feature arrangement of Igor Stravinsky’s The Rite of Spring.
