Keys and Lockers

Keys:

  • Long Term Key Contracts are given out in the Front Office.  This contract is for a student or faculty member that needs a key for a semester-length of time and is at the discretion of the Front Office Manager.
  • Short Term Key Contracts are given out in the Front Office.  This contract is for a student or faculty member that needs a key for a specific reservation (done through artspace) and can only be retrieved on the day of that event.  The key is to be returned immediately after the event to either the Front Office (if open) or the key box on Maritza McGraw’s office door.

Lockers:

  • Lockers are rented out in the Front Office.  Lockers are only rented out to MGSA Music students and students that are participating in MGSA large ensembles.  Students can only receive one locker and its size is dependent on the instrument they are receiving private lessons in.  Lockers will not be given out for secondary lessons or instrument tech course needs.
