If you have an opportunity that will conflict with your ability to perform in Rutgers Ensembles (rehearsals, concerts, or both), please fill out this form.  Please note that this form does not guarantee that your request will be approved.  You must submit this form at your earliest possible ability.  Accepted leave requests for ensembles do not grant leave for any other classes.  You will have to contact your professors individually.  Please read the additional information below:
