Any other practice rooms can not be reserved and are available on a first come, first serve basis.\n<ul style=\"margin:8px 0 0;padding-left:22px;line-height:1.65\">\n<li style=\"margin:0\">Piano practice rooms are reserved through <a href=\"https:\/\/rutgers-artspace.bookedscheduler.com\/Web\/schedule.php?sid=2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" style=\"color:#cc0033;font-weight:600;text-decoration:underline\">ArtSpace<\/a>, with availability opening up each Sunday at midnight for the upcoming week. QR codes are posted on each piano practice room door to view availability and\/or make a reservation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"font-size:1.05rem;font-weight:700;color:#1a1a1a;margin:20px 0 8px;text-align:left\">Chamber Rehearsals<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"max-width:760px;margin:0 auto 12px;padding-left:24px;line-height:1.7\">\n<li style=\"margin:0\">Students can reserve studio spaces and rehearsal spaces for Chamber Music Rehearsals.\n<ul style=\"margin:8px 0 0;padding-left:22px;line-height:1.65\">\n<li style=\"margin:0\">Students will need to communicate the names of who will be participating in the ensemble rehearsal in the ArtSpace Reservation Request notes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div style=\"max-width:760px;margin:0 auto 14px;background-color:#fdecef;border-left:4px solid #cc0033;border-radius:10px;padding:14px 20px;line-height:1.55\"><strong>If a student is found to use this reservation for personal practice, their reservation privileges will be suspended for the remainder of the academic year.<\/strong><\/div>\n<h3 style=\"font-size:1.05rem;font-weight:700;color:#1a1a1a;margin:20px 0 8px;text-align:left\">Recording Studio<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"max-width:760px;margin:0 auto 12px;padding-left:24px;line-height:1.7\">\n<li style=\"margin:0\">Students can reserve the recording studio through the approval process of the Music Department only. Please find more information on the <a href=\"https:\/\/sites.rutgers.edu\/mgsa-music-resources\/recording-studio\/\" style=\"color:#cc0033;font-weight:600;text-decoration:underline\">Recording Studio page<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"font-size:1.3rem;font-weight:800;color:#cc0033;margin:32px 0 14px;padding-bottom:6px;border-bottom:2px solid #f0d6dd;text-align:left\">How Do I Reserve a Space?<\/h2>\n<ol style=\"max-width:760px;margin:0 auto 12px;padding-left:24px;line-height:1.7\">\n<li style=\"margin:0 0 10px\">Check <a href=\"https:\/\/rutgers-artspace.bookedscheduler.com\/Web\/schedule.php?sid=1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" style=\"color:#cc0033;font-weight:600;text-decoration:underline\">ArtSpace<\/a> to see the availability of our spaces. Log in with your NetID and password.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin:0 0 10px\">Adjust the calendar view and click the grid where you\u2019d like to make a reservation.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin:0 0 10px\">Adjust the details of your reservation in the fields provided (title of reservation, start time, end time, department, etc.). <strong>Do not select any &ldquo;Participants&rdquo;.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin:0 0 10px\">The scheduling office will review your request and notify you once you have approval.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin:0 0 10px\">Pick up a temporary key from the Front Office; note that the Front Office will check that the room has been reserved prior to signing out a key.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin:0\">Return your key immediately after finishing with your reservation to the Front Office or the key dropbox outside the front office door in Marryott Music Building.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div style=\"max-width:760px;margin:0 auto 14px;background-color:#fdecef;border-left:4px solid #cc0033;border-radius:10px;padding:14px 20px;line-height:1.55\">\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 8px\"><strong>Nicholas Music Center is not to be reserved by any student for any reason.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin:0\"><strong>Schare Recital Hall and Shindell Choral Hall may only be reserved by students Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.<\/strong> No evenings or weekends are permitted.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Policies and Notes Practice Rooms Active MGSA Piano Students can reserve piano practice rooms.
