Niosomes development via QbD approach<\/p>\n
Niosomes are novel non-ionic surfactant based carriers for enhanced drug delivery to topical and transdermal application. Niosome can modify drug properties and increase drug stability by holding drug into niosomal matrix. We have performed extensive research work to develop corticosteroid drug loaded niosomes. We have used systematic approach and utilized quality by design principal to develop and optimize most suitable niosomal dispersion. Using quality by design concept, we have extensively study the various CMA\u2019s and CPP\u2019s that impact on the product quality. We have used statistical software to develop prediction profile for the formulation to evaluate impact of the process change on the final formulation. Purpose to utilize advanced technique to develop the niosomes is to minimize failure risk and maximize scale up feasibility.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
