Alexandria Ambrose, is a masters student in the Oceanography Program in the Munroe Lab. She graduated from Savannah State University with a B.S. in Marine Sciences in the fall of 2019. In spring 2020 Alex was a shellfish laboratory technician at HSRL, before beginning the graduate program in the fall of 2021. Her research interests include how organisms are using available resources in changing habitats, how changing habitats impacts an organism’s behavior and the ecosystem – generally focusing on ecosystem services provided by aquaculture, specifically habitat provisioning.
