I am interested in understanding marine population dynamics and ecological interactions among fished stocks. My research has focused on providing comprehensive science to inform fisheries management. My graduate research documented life-history traits of an unfished gastropod (Buccinum undatum) along the warming U.S. continental shelf. My postdoctoral research focused on modeling the economic and ecological interactions of two major commercial shellfish fisheries and proposed wind energy farms along the U.S. Atlantic coast.
