Hi, I am Ashley Obiorah, and I am your RBS Senator for the Academic Area. I am double-majoring in Finance and Applied Mathematics, with graduation set for May 2028.
Through experiences in private equity, the Johnson & Johnson Case Competition, and the Student Managed Fund, I’ve learned the values of teamwork, problem-solving, and excellence under pressure. Beyond campus, I’ve led international initiatives in Tanzania and helped fundraise to support women’s economic empowerment in Nigeria, witnessing how access and resources can transform communities.
As your Academic Area Senator, I’m committed to investing in the RBS student development by building stronger resources, more academic support, and greater opportunities for every student to thrive.
Fun Fact: I am on a mission to learn five languages before I am 25 years old–currently fluent in only one, but I’ve kept a year-long streak in Duolingo!
