Emely Gutierrez

My name is Emely Gutierrez, and I’m a proud student in the School of Arts and Sciences at Rutgers University–Newark. I’ve been fortunate to stay involved both on campus and in my community. I’ve held multiple leadership positions, completed over 260 hours of community service, and actively worked to uplift student voices through student government. I currently serve as a Pantry Ambassador, where I help combat food insecurity and connect students with essential resources. My experiences have taught me the value of collaboration, advocacy, and equity. A fun fact about me is that I want to be an immigration lawyer!
