It consists of faculty and staff from Rutgers-Newark and a community representative. The community representative&#8217;s voice is vital to the committee, advising the NewGeo faculty and staff on maintaining their commitment to equity and the community.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">The Cohort is also positioned to develop the framework for cultural transformation.
