Erica Eliason, PhD, MPH, is an assistant professor in the Department of Urban-Global Public Health at Rutgers School of Public Health. She is also a member of the Rutgers Center for State Health Policy. Dr. Eliason is a health services researcher who focuses much of her work on the effects of health policies on maternal, child, and reproductive health and health equity, with a particular emphasis on Medicaid and Children’s Health Insurance Program policies.
